[DataSynchronizer] WS still reconnect even after switching to replay mode

If starting the DataSynchronizer in live mode and using WebSocket connector gives the WS connector to reconnect if no connection is established, even if the DataSynchronizer is switch into replay mode, in that case, the reconnection mecanism should be stop because data will be served into HTTP chunck only
