Create a few short tracks that run 5 mins each:

• Quarkus Basics (@danieloh30)
• Getting Started with OpenShift @ryanj
• GitOps Basics w/ ArgoCD @ryanj
• GitOps Pipelines @cedricclyburn
• OpenShift Serverless (@danieloh30)
• Operators Intro
• ServiceMesh Intro (@ortwinschneider)

Tracks should make use of instruqt's testing and validation features
