Need a way to specify CNV version to deploy

To specify which version of OCP to deaploy we use OPENSHIFT_RELEASE_IMAGE
vairable, so we need a smth similar to be able to specify version of CNV to deploy.

That's needed to test updates/upgrades.

there is a CNV_VERSION environment variable that is consumed by the script cnv-2.1.0.sh and defaults to 2.1.0

There is CNV_VERSION, but I think @yprokule is talking about different build numbers since there's really only 1 release for rhhi at the moment, 2.1.

Let's follow up in #143 for upgrades.

@karmab that is not really good enough. If the latest build in the 2.1.0 stream breaks things, we need to be able to deploy the build prior
