in the Getting Started with OpenShift for Developers section, steps 3 or 6:

Within the Deploy Image page, enter the following for Image name from external registry:
docker.io/openshiftroadshow/parksmap-katacoda:1.2.0
Press tab or click outside of the text box to validate the image:

on my console app: I get the following error:

docker.io/openshiftroadshow/parksmap-katacoda:1.2.0
Internal error occurred: docker.io/openshiftroadshow/parksmap-katacoda:1.2.0: toomanyrequests: You have reached your pull rate limit. You may increase the limit by authenticating and upgrading: https://www.docker.com/increase-rate-limit

Is there a reason for this?
