OTA-1581: Skip UpgradeStatus test on HyperShift

The `oc adm upgrade status` has no support for HyperShift where update
procedure is different especially around nodes:

- assumes MCP existence
- no NodePool knowledge
- no knowledge of separate management / hosted cluster
