Bump watch requests for cluster-baremetal-operator

Taking everything to 125, 119 being the highest we're seeing since
openshift/cluster-baremetal-operator#352 landed.

We do not have the tools to autogenerate these, and a breakdown by
platform is thus not feasible or really useful. This test needs a
rethink.
