Update Jenkins and related plugins #4758
Description
Right now, we are using LTS 2.138 and plugins related to that. Upstream has moved to Jenkins 2.150. Let's upgrade the Jenkins to 2.150 and also related plugins upgrade required.
Also, fix some plugins which are getting failed right now as shown in below image.
