Is this site permanently retired? Is there a new public-facing home page for OpenSHMEM?

Think i may have found the issue. I will know more in the am. It looks as though we have outgrown all of my original size requirements. @swpoole The openshmem.org website was up for a few months, and now it's down again since around Apr 24th.

Any updates in the past half year?
https://openshmem.org is inaccessible, while the main site at http://openshmem.org is down. The specification PDFs are still accessible though, at `http://openshmem.org/site/sites/default/site_files/OpenSHMEM-.pdf, e.g. OpenSHMEM-1.6.pdf.
