BK7231N TCP Console not working

I've enabled the TCP console on an LED bulb that I've flashed with version 1.18.221.

This bulb, but Energizer branded:

Everything that I have tried so far works fie except the TCP console.

I get connection refused errors when I try to connect to the bulb's IP on port 100 and nmap shows nothing running on that port.

Is there something else I have to do other than enable the TCP console under "Configure General/Flags"?

It looks like you need ENABLE_TCP_COMMANDLINE in obk_config.h
