consider adjusting metadata references #44

We might want to make it clearer in each dataset’s metadata how the dataset should be cited. In paleocar V3 there are 2 citations. Do we want people to include both of them or just the first one? My suggestion would be to have a section on each dataset metadata page just before References that is titled Dataset Citation that gives the citation we want them to use, and then retitle the “References” section to “Other References” and include any other references there. This would just be a one-time edit of each dataset’s metatdata page.
Thoughts from @bocinsky and others?
