CDM for mor1kx and Pulpino #22
Description
The goal is to implement the run-control debug module for the mor1kx and Pulpino core. Both share the same core interface. The memory maps are different, but this is handled by software.
The setup involves a new osd-gdbserver tool that connects to opensocdebugd and maps the requests to the debug packets.
