Rust Workspace based cli

Forked this repository and changed it to Workspace based. It's basically the exact copy of rust from this repository. I am using it as library in another application. So, I have made some changes on the output format to return plain output.

I have removed the Forked Relationship as it didn't make sense to me. The project development is going to be completely different. I am sharing it here so that anyone who wants to use this project as library can do so quickly.
