Suggestion: Restructure Website: Archive "Summit"

Context: The current website and its menu prominently features Summit
Suggestion: Archive Summit page (remove from memu and show a not-maintained notice). The URL would remain the same, so no links will break.
Reasoning: The last summit happened in 2018. The page is thus only of historical value. If we plan for a concrete summit again, we can re-add.

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue. I can prepare a PR to archive the Summit page and update the navigation accordingly.
