Split logo from 4k background #35
Description
The 4k background SVG have an OSAA logo at the bottom right.
That logo does not move responsibly, when the page is scaled.
Also: since it is embedded in an svg, it will only load the Bender font, when it is installed on the browsing machine, violating our design styles.
We should remove it from the background, and replace it with a floating version.
The floating version should be rendered in png, and change to a smaller size, when the window size is smaller, to not interfere with the text.
