Previous PR [1] set cifmw_test_operator_tobiko_advanced_image_url default value to https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/openstack-k8s-operators-ci/releases/download/v1.0.0/tobiko-custom-v1.0.0.qcow2, but README was wrong. [1] openstack-k8s-operators#3488
