Missing documents in Waterschap Limburg (iBabs)

E.g. all the documents from Agenda Waterschaplimburg - AB-vergadering Openbare vergadering woensdag 2 oktober 2024 15:00 - 19:00 - iBabs Publieksportaal) can't be found

This seems to be the case for all entities in "AB" and "DB" meeting folders, according to Waterschap Limburg.

Are these meetings perhaps configured differently?

Some extra insights:

1. Artikel 35 stukken worden wel getoond in het overzicht
2. AB Informatiebrieven worden wel getoond in het overzicht
3. Moties worden niet getoond in het overzicht
4. Maar het belangrijkste de vergaderstukken onder: https://waterschaplimburg.bestuurlijkeinformatie.nl/Calendar worden helemaal niet meegenomen.
5. Er staan onterecht stukken van provincie Limburg in ons overzicht (vervelend maar niet het belangrijkste)

The big re-index (#523) is currently running (has been for about 2 months now), after a lot of import issues have been fixed. It is likely that at least some of the issues mentioned here will be fixed after that re-index.

First document I tried from the OP link doesn't seem to be there.

More importantly, the Limburg waterschap only has 105 documents. Most municipalities have somewhere around 10k - 20k.

This problem has not been resolved with the reindex.

For the Limburg waterschap we get the following response when querying the meeting types (GetMeetingtypes): No public meetingtypes!
So this seems to be caused by the configuration for this waterschap in iBabs.
