Upgrade osmpbf to 1.6.0 due to protobuf incompatibility #161

Hey!
You're using osmpbf 1.5.0, which is incompatible with recent protobuf versions. Can you update to 1.6.0? See also my issue at osmpbf: openstreetmap/OSM-binary#88 for the error messages.
I can work around by manually providing the updated library version for now.
