Description
Summary
Implement authentication support for OpenTelekomCloud APIs (Keystone/IAM) so that other cloud-provider components can securely communicate with OTC services.
Scope
- Support AK/SK and token-based authentication
- Token caching and refresh logic
- OpenStack-style config file support
- Provide a common identity interface for other services
Acceptance Criteria
- Identity client implemented under /pkg/identity
- Token refresh and caching supported
- Unit tests for auth flows
- Example auth configuration documented
