Add possibility to publish java artefacts to maven central

I'd like to publish artefacts to maven central for
https://github.com/opentelekomcloud/opentelekomcloud-functiongraph-java and
https://github.com/opentelekomcloud-community/otc-java-sdk-v1.

Artefact are alread published to github package registry but for end users maven central would be more convinient.

Can someone help me on this maven handling (creating accounts,... on maven central for "OpenTelekomCloud" and "OpenTelekomCloud-Community")?
