IAM - Support IPv6 Console ACL

With the next IAM version release, we now support access control list (ACL) to console via IPv6 additionally.
The API doc has been updated already.

We plan to release on 29.1.

hi @anton-sidelnikov .. i guess they are provided by QA team of the sec services squad? feature is already live, so there should be something. i dont know where these kinds of tests are stored.

@tinofehnle, the issue is that regression tests are a prerequisite to starting, but I don’t see any in the QA report

IPv6 support is now available in resource opentelekomcloud_identity_acl_v3 in the latest release of TF provider. Check it out.
