Sort contributor listings

Look in both README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md for existing listings of maintainers, approvers, triagers, and emeritus members.

Sort each listing alphabetically by first name.

In emeritus member listings, remove company affiliations if any.

Do not make any other changes.
