Feature: ability to supply a list of checksums to validated downloaded artifact against

https://github.com/terraform-linters/setup-tflint has a checksums multiline argument which allows us to supply a list of checksums that the downloaded .zip will be validated against.

It's be cool if setup-opentofu had something similar.
