Naming survey for Interest Invokers *Target* pseudo class

See w3c/csswg-drafts#12515 for the source of this poll. This is a survey of naming suggestions for the second, "target", pseudo class for the interest invoker API.

There are two pseudo classes proposed for this API: both of them match when an interest invoker "has interest". The first pseudo class matches the element with the interestfor attribute, and the second matches the "target" of that invoker. I.e. for interestfor=foo, the second class matches the element with id=foo. This survey is about the second pseudo class.
