GSoC 2025 - Interest in Neural Language Model Chat-Bot Desktop Application

Hello @almilosz and @Retribution98

My name is Darshil Thakkar. I am a B.Tech student studying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering. I am proficient in programming with Python, C++, JavaScript, and have experience with web technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS, and ElectronJS.

I have been working on OpenVINO's issues for some time and have developed familiarity with the codebase. My background includes fine-tuning various open-source LLMs (LLAMA 2, Gemma 2, Mistral, Phi-3), implementing RAG-based applications, and building text-to-SQL solutions. I find that the Chatbot desktop application project aligns perfectly with my interests and experience.

I've been working on a draft proposal for this project and have several questions about the implementation details and expectations.
