Generate documentation as PDF

Is there a way to generate the documentation for 2021.4 as a PDF?

I tried downloading it and generating it with Sphinx, but it's missing a lot of dependencies. Actually, a table of contents with a "chapter/topic + path to md-file" structure would be enough for me.

Yes, there are a couple of ways you can generate or extract documentation (like for OpenVINO™ 2021.4) into a usable format like a PDF or a structured table of contents.

Option 1: Download Prebuilt PDF (If Available)
Intel doesn’t always publish a PDF for every OpenVINO version
