Ticket formerly titled "Add onboarding text to Home Screen"
Alternate approaches to providing onboarding text to the Home Screen:
1. Every time the user visits the LCW Home screen they should see text: “Need help getting started?” That links to https://lcw.app/faq.html#getstarted and appears above or below the "Add Credential" link at the discretion of the implementer (I don't know a priori which will feel better UX-wise).
2. Or instead: Until a user adds any credential, display “Need help getting started?” on the LCW Home Screen above or below the "Add Credential" link at the discretion of the implementer.
The implementer can also propose alternate text.
Alternate solution: Place new sample credential on installation (#286) and New Help section in Settings
Acceptance:
- Is the text added?
- Does the link to the LCW website work and include appropriate text and demo credential(s).
Since we are now adding a mock credential to the dashboard, the "Add Credential" option will no longer be showing. Instead of adding help link on this page, add new row to Settings menu in LCW that says "Help" that shows same screen as "About" screen except that
AC#1
- "This mobile...credentials" is replaced by "Learner Credential Wallet is a cross-platform mobile application for storing and sharing digital learner credentials as specified in the learner credential wallet specification developed by the Digital Credentials Consortium. ",

2) More information...lcw.app" is replaced by "Need help getting started?" with "https://lcw.app/faq.html#userguide" on a following line, and
AC#3
3) Copyright and version sections are removed
