Alternative location for libindy dependencies for windows

The repo containing the windows dependencies for libindy is no longer available. This also affects rebuilding from source as the underlying dependencies are also located there. Can anyone link to the 1.9.0 stable release of libindy zip containing dependencies to be able to run this project? Thanks.

The wallet-framework-dotnet emerged seemingly overnight, with no prior roadmap or community notice. The maintainers abruptly abandoned theAries Framework for .NET ( previous project) , which proved to be very costly for us and resulted in significant wasted time.

Furthermore, a proper solution for libindy has not yet been provided; the project still relies on a legacy version that has compatibility issues with modern .NET. While Aries Askar exists, it appears to be incompatible with this specific project.
