Demo and demo-openid throwing error when doing pnpm install

Hey, I wanted to test this repo. Specially the demo and demo-openid but when I am doing pnpm install. I tried with node version 18,20,22 but it was not working. Can anyone help me to find the root cause?

Unfortunately, ffi-napi build process does not seem to work under Windows. This has been reported in #2061, so I'm closing this one but leaving the issue opened until we find a way to make the repo setup easier and compatible with Windows.
