CH32V10x Pin Definition Issue

The variant_CH32V103R8T6.h and variant_CH32V103R8T6.cpp files don't match at all, and there are many missing pins. I'll look into it later and submit a PR to fix this issue.

I also saw this problem. I tried to do it. I checked it selectively, digital pins work, ADC pins also work. Maybe I made some mistakes, but these files will make the work easier.

Deleted remapped pins in files. Made corresponding corrections.

Hello @FPomidor , have you reviewed PR #211? Does your zipfile contain different changes? If it has improvements that are not in the PR, can you perhaps post a comment to allow @KenRouKoro include your your improvement?
