[PROFILE] Highlight changes

Every time a profile is applied, a preference should be stored to say that is untouched and a marker (card color or icon) should highlight it, then for any changes to the profile e.g. new environment, update device, etc ... the preference should be updated.

This should help the user to notice if the profile is backed up properly for example
