[feature] Allow releaser tool to bump version of non python modules #522
Description
Follow up of the efforts to make the release process easier and free up the time of maintainers (#496), related to #501, #502.
It would be great to make the releaser tool able to deal also with bumping the version of non python modules (openwrt agents, ansible roles, docker-openwisp, npm modules).
Ideally we want to discuss a bit more in the dev chat before jumping to the implementation details.
