issue labeler fails to find version, release, and target/subtarget tags on some issues

In a issue I just posted, the github actions bot couldn't find any information about it:

I also found another user on the forum reporting a similar issue, and looking at other issues marked invalid, it seems there are at least a few more:

openwrt/openwrt#17229
openwrt/openwrt#17108

Perhaps the script is having trouble parsing the embedded code sections?
