luci-app-pbr: can't access property "push", reply.ubus.warnings is undefined

Actual behaviour

At boot pbr has stopped, so I clicked on the start button and this error showed up

Expected behaviour

it should not have happened

Steps to reproduce

Services -> policy routing -> click on start

luci-app-pbr-1.2.0-r2
pbr-1.2.1-r45
