What would you like to be added:
Provide a Prometheus-based solution for EdgeX and leaf device management which may contain:

• exporters to expose built-in metrics of each component and customized metrics
• support EdgeX Metrics API since 2.2
• a grafana dashboard
• notification and alert support

Why is this needed:
Enhanced functionality for the openyurt iot part.
