Bookshelf in Kiwix server do not filter books by categories

Kiwix edition of Project Gutenberg cannot show books filtered by bookshelves. Any category or bookshelf you choose, it shows the same list of books.

Looks like it is indeed broken. It works first time you load a shelf and then it looks like it always displays the full list of all books.

Note this is probably already since in the 4.0.0 version we are preparing, but we do have to check
