Allow main identity list to be sorted

When you have many identities and they are enabled/disabled the order can be changed after authenticating. this is a particular issue with ext-jwt-signer based identities because there's no good 'name' for the identity out of the gate and thus the controller is usually used until at least the first auth. Even then the identity might change and rearrange on the screen.

Let the user order/sort based on the columns:

• enabled/disabled
• name
• number of services

I've gotten something close to the sort logic implemented locally by adding column headers over each identity item:

Enabled/disabled:

Services:

But can't tell if this fits the current UI.
Are there preferences for how this gets accomplished?
I couldn't really find anywhere in the main menu where this would fit so I figured headers was the easiest option.

Hi @CLBRITTON2 thanks for taking a look. I was considering a drag and drop approach to let people rearrange if they choose. This might work though maybe a "right click" type of menu would work too? We don't really have a 'design' in mind yet. If you have the changes, could you possibly put a PR up and let me try it out myself to see how it feels?
