#145 Follow Up: Research alternatives for getting files on cluster for building e2e catalog image

Follow up after merging operator-framework/catalogd#145:
I worry about etcd size limits with this approach. It would be nice if the image registry was accessible both inside the cluster for our e2e test AND outside the cluster (e.g. from the e2e runner) so that we could build and push images into it.

I think it is not longer a need.
We are using the register created for the e2e tests and building the image.
