Install default-catalogs return error: tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority

I installed cert-manager

name: cert-manager
    version: v1.15.3
    repository: https://charts.jetstack.io

After that installed operator controller
https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-controller/releases/download/v1.1.0/operator-controller.yaml

And catalogd
https://github.com/operator-framework/catalogd/releases/download/v1.1.0/catalogd.yaml

But when I try install default-catalogs
https://github.com/operator-framework/catalogd/releases/download/v1.1.0/default-catalogs.yaml

I have error:

Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "inject-metadata-name.olm.operatorframework.io": failed to call webhook: Post "https://catalogd-service.olmv1-system.svc:9443/mutate-olm-operatorframework-io-v1-clustercatalog?timeout=10s": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
