Rename Account "type" --> "account_type"

Acceptance Criteria

• It's done when the Account schema "type" field is refactored to "account_type"

Additional Information

• Current 'type' attribute is too ambiguous and should be renamed to 'account_type' with an upgrade step.
• 'Type' exists as reference to object portal_type, both values conflict with eachother when adding demo content.
