Describe the bug | 问题描述
The Gigabit LAN reports when i put the cable in and or out but the network manager service is not running by default
NMTUI does not work, message networkmanager is not running. I started the NetworkManager service but no change in behavior. When i check apt install network-manager, the version 1.52.1-1 is installed.

I see logs when i remove and add the ethernet cable as carrier lost, but no ipv4 interraction.

During boot the dbus service fails, which fails the network manager.
I see dbus eventually starting but i have to manually start network manager.

As there is no LAN i cannot perform a rollback to a previous kernel

Please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if necessary, attach a screenshot.
Could you make a trixie build with the previous kernel in your repository for me to test with?
