Datasets access?

I'd like to download Samson dataset, and I noticed that Opticks gave access to the full hyperspectral image few years ago at https://opticks.org/display/opticks/Sample%2BData or http://opticks.org/confluence/display/opticks/Sample+Data

Is it still possible to access it? If so, what's the new link/procedure? If not, is there a particular reason for it?
