EXTRAS-266 - Filtering by number of detected pixels in result layer

Need capability to filter SAM/CEM/ACE/Anomaly results based upon a maximum, minimum, or range of adjacent pixels detected. This will allow removeall of single pixel detections or nontarget detections based upon size.
