Separate unit from data tests?

Currently there is no discrimination. Some are pure unit tests. Others are data tests that require networking, and will fail once a webspider operator changes their network setup.

Profiles could be used.

As of now all tests work, and if one fails then it means some data needs to be changed. I can live with this shortcoming.
