DnsjavaReverseDnsVerifier test with external dns servers

Currently it's only tested with using the system's default dns server(s).
There are 2 lookups made: dns and reverse dns. It's likely that one of the calls ignores the configured external dns servers.
If one wants this functionality, please look into it.
