DLSS Inputs in Hogwarts Legacy

I simply can't get the game to start with dlss inputs. it just goes to "Starting Game" in steam and then goes back to Play.
I have tried newest version of optiscaler, older version and nightly build
The game starts fine with optiscaler active if i dont enable dlss in the setup.
What am i missing?

In optiscaler.log it keeps skipping dlss

I have tried setting it manually to 3070, 4090 and my targetvendorid to the correct amd and 6950 xt
