I'm not sure where to post this revision for the GTA Definitive Trilogy games.
On Steam Deck/SteamOS GTA San Andreas DE requires dxgi renamed to winmm to prevent crashing when opening the overlay. All three GTA DE games do not require City Glow effect to be disabled.
