Add a `trackio` Example

Motivation

After the release of v.4.8.0, we can consider adding a trackio example to the repo. We can demonstrate working of the callback, and the added features like pushing trial artifacts to HF Hub as a dataset or the entire trial history as a HF Space. WDYT?
