How to Implement Mandatory Content Approval/Workflow for Page Publishing in Oqtane

Currently, Content Editors can publish pages directly without requiring any approval step. We need to implement a mandatory content approval workflow for page publishing.

1. Prevent direct publishing by Content Editors.
2. Require an Approver to review and approve content before it goes live.
3. The Approver needs a dashboard or view showing all Pending Approvals.
4. The Approver needs an option to Approve or Reject each pending item.
5. Has anyone implemented a feature like this, or what is the recommended approach for adding this workflow capability to Oqtane

You will need to implement this feature yourself as Oqtane does not support content workflows (it is not on the product roadmap)
