[ENH] Pagination/Virtualization of files request in File Manager

Describe the enhancement

I have folders with thousands of files, and when I select one of the folders in the file manager, it fetches all the files inside, which results in a huge network request.

For example, this folder is a 11 MB request (which is made twice due to rendering issues #5288)

Perhaps an optional paging/virtualization mechanism should be considered for the file manager, as files are the data most probable to be in the thousands.

This should also be applied to the File Management admin page, as the pager there is only for the UI, but not backend requests.

@mdmontesinos my suggestion would be to organize your files into multiple folders if possible. Even on my local Windows machine, if I stored 6000 files in a folder it would exhibit poor rendering behavior in File Explorer - UI elements are generally not designed for such extreme load.

@sbwalker I actually meant getting server-side paginated/virtualiced results, not paginating client-side. In that way, the UI and fetch requests would perform better.
