[ENH] Marketplace: Provide same selection features inside Oqtane and the Marketplace + Enhancements

Describe the enhancement

ATM the experience for selecting modules / themes / extensions from inside Oqtane is different in the https://www.oqtane.net/ marketplace vs. the In-Platform experience. Not by much, but it matters.

• The main diff ATM is that the in-platform is missing the "All"; ATM you must filter commercial and open-source.

Other important enhancements

• The product titles should be smaller - they take up way too much space. Currently h3 but that's not good for a listing; I would just use some reasonable styling since these are not really headings in the list.
• Pages should either be shorter or much longer. ATM you have to scroll ca. 1 screen, then page. This is an odd UI pattern. Either "no scroll" and page, or very long scroll and page.
• In-Platform the Language Management should also have an installer
